problems dimensions 3.0 tryout installer
Just bought the book, eager to get going.. having problems installing the dimensions tryout.. downloaded stuffit, and can see the icons and folders, in the readme, it says double click on the installer icon, after doing this I get panel asking what program to install with.. please point me in the right directions Thanks! Kim  |

Kim, If it's a stuffit file, you're looking at the Mac version. From the screenshot, it shows you're working on a PC. You'll need to go to the Windows/Adobe Dimensions folder and run dim3try.exe _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |

David, thanks for your reply; looks like I'm out of luck, using Winzip, there's only a MAC version listed. /when I downloaded Stuffit, I think I was given an option and chose the windows version.  |

Kim, The Windows version isn't a zip file. Open the CD, browse to the Demo Software folder, then down to the Windows folder and finally the Dimensions demo folder.
