Second Edition is the US?
Hello Steve,

I was down at my local bookstore on the weekend and I still don't see your second edition int he stores (I have the first). I noticed online it does not seem to be available either.

Has this book been published for the US market? and do you know who's carring it. Amazon for example does not seem to be.

Many Thanks
Andrew

Well, it is for sale in the US - although it obviously takes a while before it filters down to all the bookstores. Amazon are selling it, but for some reason they don't link to it either from my name or from the first edition of the book - which is a little weird. I'll have to get onto them. Meanwhile, I found it by searching for the ISBN number, which is 0240519531, and found it here:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0240519531/qid%3D1078216732/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/002-0087347-3404068

Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

Thanks for the link. I've ordered it, should arrive 12Mar - ten days of waiting.

Though you would be intrested to know that a google search by ISBN shows no US suppliers other than Amazon. Until you gave the link, I had not been able to find any US online stores selling t. Locally it's not available either. Your first edition is everywhere.

I suspect your publishers selling off the old stock here in the US.

Regards
Andrew

What a bummer. I'll contact the publishers and see if they can find out what's happening.

Thanks for keeping me informed about this.
