Nice ones Anna and Brendan! Fly that flag!! (U-turn for me) Brendan nothing like some Iron Maiden to get things moving!!! ("Live After Death"). Don't forget AC DC. We miss Michael Hutchence from INXS. |

Cheers Trevor, I agree nothing like those guys, Live After Death was one of the greatest yeah, still rocking away they are. I been using their Album/Song as my Internet name since 1990 and it stuck ![]() Yeah a pity about Michael, but he was doing some pretty weird stuff! Cant forget ACADACA, but we cant quite compete on a world scale of Rock Legends to you guys! |

Re: Contest 242: Flying the flag, part 2
Don't say that. You can and do do it. I love rock legend Rory Gallagher. The Cork man from here. Lost him too. Jimmy Hendrex is wonderfull. Uk seemed to adopt him. Too much lament. They just go. Agree, Michael et al got screwed up. It cost them their lives and gives bitter sadness to us. ![]() Bright side 明白: I still have a lot of Led Zeppelin, Stone the Crows, Black Sabath, classical, Duffy, etc etc .. too many to mention........ ![]() ![]() Cheers, take it easy Trevor PS have no clue what flag I will do now. U-turned Trevor, watch this space. I did like the Ti*b*t one,,,,,, Oopps ![]() |

Tie me kangeroo down sport ! but Powerslave - why the grumpy face ? ![]() Yes, Jota I like Angela Carter too - my favourite book (and film) is "The Magic Toyshop" with "Nights at the Circus" a close second. Maybe one day Steve will set something Carteresque as a challenge eh? _________________ I'm not really bad - I just draw that way |

Whoa - this threw up some unexpected surprises. One thing I've discovered - I wish liquify would let you see the whole image, and not just the layer you're working on. Difficult to match the distortion when you can't see the layer underneath. Warp came in handy, however. Nick - great job on your flag. Steve - great challenge. Chris ![]() |
