Challenge 299: Any port in a storm
A storm-tossed sea, a small fishing boat battling against the odds, scenes of derring-do by the brave fishermen who risk all to bring us our daily cod... wait a minute. This boat has been photographed safely moored at the dock.

Can we bring some drama into the scene?

High res is here.

Thar she blows!

(References are to "Moby Dick" by Herman Melville and the oil well blowout in the Gulf of Mexico 200 miles away. Apparently hurricanes are not enough of a problem for the Gulf Coast.)

Yes brilliant Anna, great crude. Subtle. I hope they get a solution.
And I love all the seas from all .......
This could be fun . Not thenext bit....

We only have the Atlantic on our doorstep here. So many shiprecks so many lives lost .... I've sailed on it and I got quite scared, but fine-ish, crew good.

Some absolutely fantastic entries - I cannot possibly compete in terms of drama and verisimilitude so am seeking harbour in political satire
