Challenge 300: Photoshop CS6
Thanks to all of you for your excellent suggestions for this 300th Friday Challenge. I liked a lot of them - particularly Eva's suggestion of a parody of my tutorials (which you're very welcome to do if you like), and Paul 2007's idea of a 3D anaglyph. I'm sure that will crop up in a future Challenge. But the one that really caught my imagination was Gordon's idea of creating the packaging for Photoshop CS6. Even though version 5 has only just come out, what do you look forward to in the future of Photoshop? How would you illustrate it? Feel free to create a box, or an instruction manual, or even a screenshot of a suggested new interface or tool set. The challenge is all about Photoshop CS6, and what you expect from it. |

Something I was thinking of a while back. Photoshop projected as holographic images. |

Egyptologists, Archaeologists and Abode Engineers have joined forces with the help of the Rosetta Stone to create the ultimate timeless and ageless edition of CS6. The Render as Real feature is very cool. but I don't think it will improve the work flow. _________________ Is it necessary? Does it work? |

Been really busy and was not able to contribute last week. Some great ideas and execution so far. Such a shame that the whole tone was lowered and I just cannot understand why you have to vent such frustrations with unnecessary foul language. This behaviour serves no purpose, but to annoy the rest of us on here. Stick to the topic, which is producing artwork for others to enjoy, or go away. |

Bruce, that's brilliant! Nick, I agree with you. I'll try to create something this week - I've been somewhat busy just lately! |

Re: Challenge 300: Photoshop CS6
I have only just returned from a week in Hungary where I nearly got stuck again thanks to that volcano. So it was nice to see that Steve took up my suggestion. Unfortunately I probably don't have time for this week's FC but there are some good entries as always. Love your Ancient Egyptian CS6 Anna. Re: Challenge 300: Photoshop CS6
I would really love Photoshop to have more customization like this! I understand that photographers need the neutral color (gray or black) to correctly perceive colors correctly but it would really be awesome if you can change the theme of Photoshop. I personally like the CS3 interface. A glossy, transparent, bluish and cute icons would be cool. _________________ left-brain invention! |

A colorful box art will surely catch attention. I saw a tutorial on the web and this was done using just filters and hue and saturation sliders. _________________ left-brain invention! |
