Re: Challenge 725: Halfway up the stairs
Thanks Michael. Love your tumble down wreck of a room. About four months ago we had a really bad infestation of rats in our garage while we were on holiday. They managed to eat their way through 40 sachets of cat food, a 6Kg bag of dried dog food, a box of dog’s dentastix and a box of rat poison. The devastation was a sight to behold. Judging by the size of your rat I reckon that he was one of the survivors Our pussy cat was working overtime for a while but did an excellent job. _________________ |

This is a (slightly) more sophisticated development of my first very simple Hotel/Saloon entry. _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

Theatre is very cool David... I must admit that I had to look at it a couple of times before I realized what was going on. |

Michael, That's fantastic! So smooth it looks like a video not a .gif animation. _________________ I'm still learning. |

That’s excellent Michael. As Sara said it’s more like a video than a gif animation. _________________ Always remember that you are unique - just like everyone else. |

Re: Challenge 725: Halfway up the stairs
Thanks for the comments folks. You start of with a video and convert it to Frame Animation/Layers, so it becomes GIF animation by clicking Import, and this is what you see first: This video link is not working!!! http://vimeo.com/293010295 Fixed. Just remove the 's' after http. |

Re: Challenge 725: Halfway up the stairs
Thank you David. Glad you noticed. Could have been more refined maybe, but you probably know better than I about this effect. Its not quite normal. As others say, your building facade is really well done. Seamless. Michael, thanks for sharing gif animation technique. I guess I'm supposed to know this. I've applied it to an image, but could take a while to apply here for a second entry, no threat, just the flames from an mp4 I took of a fireplace. Sorry been away, so can't comment more....... |

Anna, I like your number 13 entry. I've lived in two number 13 houses. One in Ireland was called 14, but it wasn't, 12 was next to me and 15 afterwards. Liverpool ≠13 off Penney Lane was a haven. Prime numbers are always interesting. |
