Trying Displacement Maps
Not from the Test Yourself section of the book, but I had a little trouble with the displacement maps section, but I think i've cracked it, here's my attempt, comments for improvement would be appreciated, Thanks.  |

Very good! But I think the blue is just too dark to be legible. Try selecting just that colour an brightening it for a stronger effect. |

Hi Steve, thanks for your reply, Ive tried again using a lighter blue which makes it more legible, really enjoying the learning curve your book presents!  |

Well, the colour's better here - but have you forgotten to use the Displace filter? |
