NEW PHOTOSHOP GEM
I have very recently discovered a solution to radial-motion blur for propellers and wheels: directly underBLur in the filter menu is Blur Gallery select Spinand then adjust the green ring to cover wheels/propellers. Next put the centre of the green ring on the centre of the wheel/propeller, and then (near the centre) there is a circular adjustment bar; therefore, by going right you increase the radial/motion blur accordingly. I experimented and discovered two frames were very convincing.

And note that you can also change the circle to an ellipse - which means you can spin objects such as wheels without having to straighten them up first. |
