If you want a layer to conform to the shape of a layer: place it above the target layer, make sure it's the active layer by clicking its thumbnail and press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a Clipping Group. The parts of the top layer that fall outside the visible pixels of the target layer will be hidden. _________________ It must be Thursday, I never could get the hang of Thursdays |

So is that basically just like inverting the selection in psp, and then hitting the delete key? |

Well, yes it gives the same result but the difference with the Photoshop method is it's not a permanent change; if you ungroup the layers they return to normal. _________________ It must be Thursday, I never could get the hang of Thursdays |
