Lack of Colour
Hello, Have just posted my Friday Challenge and most of the colour and contrast has gone. Went back to original picture and really boosted colour/hue and tried Save for Web again, but with the same result. Has anyone got any suggestions? Tried saving RGB and CMYK, no difference |

Check the color profile of the image. Save for web strips out the embedded profile which means that it will be viewed as an implicit sRGB image. If your actual image color profile is a wider color space such as Adobe RGB, you will get a loss of saturation and contrast like you described. Convert to sRGB before going to save for web. |
