Hi everyone I am creating a sash window and I need a texture for it - glossed wood. Is there a plug-in for this or a way of creating it in PS? Cheers Chris |

Hi Chris, You might like to check issue 36 of 'Advanced Photoshop'. They carry a tutorial to make a wood grain surface. It was published only a month ago so there may still be some available on the bookshelves or you might find it on their web site. If you have problem getting hold of it let me know and you can have mine. Gordon |

lol i went to the .com site which is just one big advert for some photoshop dvd's i have just tried the .co.uk and thats an entirely different thing altogether  |

ha ha dont know why but i always assume if somebody gives a web address i always assume they mean .com unless they specifically say otherwise, bad habit i guess. although a friend of mine does that all the time and even if he might be talking about a .org or .biz he wont actually tell you that, just the name of the site (not that helpful really  ) |
