Vibration effect
I've seen an effect in commercials and music videos where an image appears to vibrate as if being bombarded by sound. Any idea how to do something like this to a static image in Photoshop?

Re: Vibration effect
I'd start here. The duck was copied three times. One layer sized 110%, one layer 105%, one layer 95%. Then all three layers knocked down to 20% opacity.

Re: Vibration effect
Thanks. That seems like a good starting point.

Re: Vibration effect
You could complete Brewell's idea by adding a Gaussian blur to each layer and moving each layer a bit left, right, up or down so tha the vibration is not in only one direction?
