Test Yourself #1. Reinvent the Wheel. How to make multiple copies?
1) How to make multiple copies of the wheel section AFTER I select one section?

2) How do I make a screenshot to show you folks what challenge I am working on?

Don't know 1, but for screenshot, if you're using Windows, and you don't have any screen capture programs, just press ALT + Print on your keyboard while you have your Photoshop open and in focus.
Then after doing that, open a new document and from the Edit menu click Paste OR from the keyboard just press Ctrl + V. And you will then see a screenshot of your Photoshop window which you can edit as you want before saving it. Note that the maximum size allowed is 112 kb, so save for web and make sure it does not pass that size.
Hope that helps.

The excellent, free software xnview offers, among many options, Capture which will remain at the bottom of your window and allowing you to invoke alt F11 and immediately capture the screen to wherever you designate in the menu that first comes up. I find it easier and faster allowing multiple screen shots without having to save one before copying and saving another.

If you have Vista the Snipping tool, in accessory, is excellent for screen capture of any size or a freeeform shape.
