keyboard shortcuts
Hello. a quick question, I was trying to show someone how to do something in Photoshop Elements 2 and couldn't make the shortcut keys work as in Command J to copy and Command E to deselect. Do they work in the same way? |

Re: keyboard shortcuts
Er.... it's command C to copy, command D to deselect! Command J will make a new layer from a selection, and in Photoshop it will duplicate a layer if no selection is made. Command E will merge the layer into the layer below. |

Actually, in Elements 2, control/command J doesn't work. There's no associated shortcut form New layer via copy/cut so it has to be done from the layer menu. _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |

Hello, yes sorry, I typed it a bit quickly, bit of an overload from work! It was command J, I meant and thanks for the replies. |
