Step and repeat
Last night I was able to repeat the hour hands and called it a night. I reverted back to the original this morning and I was able to rotate but none stayed where they belong. Last night all stayed on the same layer. This morning after dozens of attempts I gave up. I tid reset tools and I am following instructions to the T. Any Ideas? Yes I made a new layer for the ctrl/shft/alt/T |

I just want to make sure I have this correct. You are rotating something using the Free Transform and you want to repeat that same rotation? If so take a look at this topic and my response and see if this helps some. Click Here |

Sounds to me as if you are not holding ALT - this is the key that makes the copies. |
