Quick Mask Selection
Hello, I've read all the posts on Quick mask - I'm able to get quick mask mode, etc. but my problem is when I'm making a selection it reaches a point where it runs wild and the whole photo is selected. How do I stop this from happening? Also am I supposed to use the 'Quick Mask Selection tool' or the 'Brush' in quick mask mode? Thanks. |

Re: Quick Mask Selection
There is no separate Quick Mask Selection tool: there's the Quick Selection tool, but that doesn't work in QuickMask. You should use the regular brush tool here. Are you talking about just using the Quick Selection tool? If so, that would make sense - and it can 'run wild', as you put it, if you try to select too great a range of shades. Try making selections in smaller stages, see if this helps. |
