Creating Gradients with layer masks
Hopefully this will be a quick fix for someone. But i am having problems working with a layer mask gradient. I follow the book instructions exactly and i am not able to re create the image. The problem lies in when i go to drag the cursor. Nothing happens. No fade is created, or the complete opposite a huge image to white fade is created. So i have a feeling there is some setting that is enabled that isn't allowing me to create this effect. Somebody help? Thanks SJ |

Re: Creating Gradients with layer masks
Alright...i think I have figured it out....I needed to make sure the gradient mode was set to normal, as a default it was set to screen. I have learned a lot from the forum and i thank everybody for their input on other things, but this time i figured it out myself! Yeah! SJ |
