Web page
I wanted to use the iMAC to create a web page, but was unable to find the equivalent of Notepad (PC). There must be such, but what is it, and where would one find it? Ended up using the PC. Mac experts please help |

Hiya James I am certainly not a 'Mac Expert' but do use a Mac to create websites purely for a hobby. I often use a program called iPages which is very simple to use and creates excellent results. I am not sure from your posting if you are just looking for (Notepad) for the Mac so you can create HTML or just looking for a way to create effective websites, I use a couple of web based programs such as Mr Site or Wix.com to create quite effective websites, whilst creating graphics within photoshop. Hope this has been of help

Hello Peter. Yes, I wanted to find (Notepad or other) as a start point for HTML as that is the way I learned to create web pages, which I also do purely as a hobby. My current modest site is intended as a light form of family entertainment. I took the opportunity to visit your Web-Site which is very impressive, and certainly merits further perusal. Thank you for troubling to reply. |
