step and repeat rotation--page 46 photoshop cs6
are you supposed to be using the pen tool? how do you make the rectangles stay on the page? i can go around the circle but the the marks do not stay on the page |

Are you holding the alt key each time you press the key combination? This leaves the original in place, and moves a copy. When you drew your initial rectangle, how did you draw that? As pixels, or as a Shape, or just as a Pen path? If you can't answer either of these questions, try taking a screen shot of your work in progress with the Layers panel visible and I might be able to see where it's going wrong. |
