Digital Grids
Hi This is a basic problem - adjusting the leading/tracking of text so it fits perfectly to a grid. Mine are always out of sync! Does anyone have any sample values I could try? I've been using a 12 pixel grid. Hope this makes sense! Steve |

Hi Artwel I've found the photo of the lady as used in chapter 3.01. I can't find the number grid (not sure if it's actually on there) Steve |

Text will fit perfectly to a grid if the leading is set correctly, but only vertically - the letter spacing will still depend on the shape of the individual characters, unless you choose a monospaced font. Is this what you mean? |
