marquee tool
ok basic question had bought for me a lovely book for me how to cheat in photoshop it says and i hope i got right a modifier for the marquee eclipse is to hold space bar which allows you to move a selection while drawing now me being stupid or thick or anything similar can't seem to get it to work am on a mac with uk keyboard so can anyone help me with this |

Mick While drawing the ellipse, keep the mouse button depressed and then press the space bar. If you then move the mouse with the space bar depressed at the same time you should be able to move the ellipse around. If you have completed the selection by lifting your finger off the mouse, then it won't work. All is not lost because you can than go to Select - Transform Selection. I use PC, but have never heard that it doesn't work on a Mac. Nick |

Mick "All is not lost because you can than go to Select - Transform Selection". See Select menu. Nick |
