Quick Mask 2: Tips & Tricks
Hi, I got to step 7 on page 10 of the CS 5 version of the book using CC but when I exit QuickMask mode and make a new layer from the selection it includes the background... i.e. the marching ants appear around then entire image... have I done something wrong or is this to do with CC? |

Got it now... there's a missing step in stage 7 - you need to inverse the selection before doing the new layer from selection step. |

Ignore my previous two posts... I missed out the step to change the default QuickMask option at the start of the chapter.... ho hummm apologies all round |
