Color By Numbers Section
Anyone care to explain this better to me? I open my image and go to Select > Color Range I click the sky in my image but it won't all select, especially the parts between tree branches. Does this only work for images with easily selectable skies or is there a trick to this? Easily selected skies I can just use magic wand to select so what steps or tricks am I missing with this color range method? Please let me know. |

Re: Color By Numbers Section
This is most likely due to the varying tonal ranges in the image. If you select the dropper addition tool (+), it will allow you to add more colours to the selection. Also, play around with fuzziness, it's virtually the same as Tolerance on the Magic Wand. _________________ It must be Thursday, I never could get the hang of Thursdays |

This should be a straightforward operation. If you'd like to post a screen grab showing the Color Range dialog, I can see what you're doing wrong. |
