A daft question
I would like to know how you set up the pictures and/or symbols that appear to the right of the messages we post. I know it's in the members profile so I suppose what I'm asking is does the image have to be on a personal website or what? Can it be uploaded to an area where this website is hosted ?

Sorry to be as thick as a dolphin sandwich but I'd like a pickie/icon by my messages.

I'm sounding childish but if you could satisfy my curiosity

Avatars are posted somewhere on the web. 70 x 70 px. If you do not have a site of your own you may want to consider

http://photobucket.com/ They have image hosting for the price of signing up.

If you dont fancy giving away all your details to yet another site that will send you the latest spam, try this one...

http://www.pixpond.com/index.php

The only downside is that it is only hosted for 30 days then you have to upload yr pic again
