I am sure some of us are thinking about it. I think this was created by a 3D software, not a Photoshop type software. Sorry to say that I didn't figure it out yet... _________________ |

If you look closely at this effect, I think that you will notice that there is a bunny, an angel, and what looks like a swath of cloth circling the whole thing. And if you look really close, that isn't all. I think that this comes from a variety of techniques. starting with several images that have been desaturated, stroked, lowered opacity, and combined. also, I suspect this was done in a 3d software package, possibly 3Dstudio max, since this was done for the movie. Max lets you not only create and manipulate the images in 3D, but also animate them. In fact, I just noticed this in the article.
Maya is another 3D package.

I know that's 3D cause it's animated....but if they do we can do in PS. MY JERRY PATRONUS
good illustration knowledge can help. Not my best. TIP : Don't use weight strokes, don't look natural. |

Excellent work, Andre - I think you've got that effect worked out perfectly. There's really no substitute for being able to draw! |

I really like what you did Andre. Not sure I could come close to that, but I think I'm going to have to give it a try. You say that you drew it with a tablet? I just got my first tablet, and I am beginning to explore what I can do with it. I must say that so far I really like it. |
