Hi Kathleen, There is a problem with the disc but if you click on one of the large red dots on the opening page of the site you will find the solution. Gordon |

Re: Movies not working on DVD
Hi Gordon: Yes I did download that file from the website (which only covers 4 of the movies). None of my movies work...the audio works, they open up, but all I see is lots of flashing colors. I checked and do have the latest version of the Quick Time Movie software too....I am using a PC...it does say the DVD should work with both Mac and PC??? All of the other files are fine (JPG, GIF) just not the movies? Do you know what else could be wrong? Thanks, Kathleen |

Re: Movies not working on DVD
Because of you being able to hear the sound, but not see the video it sounds to me like you need to install a codec of some sort try Xvid Codec or try downloading a codec package like ffdshow or K-Lite Codec Package Xvid Codec: http://download.divxmovies.com/XviD-1.1.3-28062007.exe FFDSHOW - http://superb-west.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/ffdshow/ffdshow-20020617.exe K-Lite Codec Package - (couldn't find a link, but search google) Hope this helps! |

Re: Movies not working on DVD
If you have the latest version of QuickTime, then the only reason the movies wouldn't be working would be if you have something installed on your PC that's interfering with them. There's a small chance that this could be a damaged DVD - but as you have sound, and it affects all the movies, I'd say that's extremely unlikely. |
