The Free Transform Tool
I have been using the free transform tool (ctl+T) to mirror images, but as I flip the image over I would like to know it has the same proprotions as before I fliped it.

1. Is the Free Transform tool the best way to mirror an image?
2. How do I verify the propotion is correct after I flip the image?

For example when doing things like on pages 96 & 97

Re: The Free Transform Tool
I assume you're flipping the image by dragging the opposite handle? Rather than doing that, right-click inside the boundary and select Flip Horizontal/Vertical.

Re: The Free Transform Tool
There's always a solution! You can also flip horizontal using Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. This means you can create your own keyboard shortcut to do it, if you like.
