Problems with the DVD
I ordered the CS3 book from Amazon on May 29 and received it today May 31, the book looks great. The problem is the DVD will not run. When I click on the start file it takes about two minutes to access the internet the screen goes black and the computer locks up requiring a restart. I have an HP computer with Quad 2 CPU 3071 MB RAM 600 GB Hard Drive and running Vista Home Premium. Are there any known issues with the DVD and where can I get Tech support in the USA? I have tied the DVD on another computer with the same results. |

Jessie, It sounds like it could be a bad copy of the DVD - can you browse it via Windows Explorer? Details on how to report the problem can be found on the book's website. _________________ Leap and the net will appear |

Thanks for the reply David, I can’t open any of the folders except the video files and only some of them. The others attempt to open but I end up with a not responding message. I have emailed the support as you suggested but the address is in the UK so it may be quicker to send the book back to Amazon for exchange. |
