Brush Presets
Having made a selection of an image for a new brush (in this case a small ginger kitten) and converted it into a preset, is there any way I can use it with the original colours, or am I stuck with just using the Foreground colour. The saved brush appears in the palette in black and white.

Re: Brush Presets
Just a guess, but saving a brush only saves the shape. If if you know the original color just dial it in by double clicking on color patch or use the color picker on original subject.

Re: Brush Presets
The brush does not save colors, but uses the foreground color, or the foreground and background colors when color dynamics is selected.

I have achieved some great creative effects by painting with a custom brush on a new layer and then clipping a gradient adjustment layer to it. Further enhancements can be made by changing the blending mode of the brush layer.
