Post a web page to the forum.
Last weeks challenge posed a problem linking images, this was resolved thanks to three good people. I then realised I didn’t know how to post web pages to the forum, hence no post. Would anyone care to elucidate please. |

the only way is to post the webpage as a link - but you would have to host the webpage. |

most ISP's provide a little free web space with your internet package you could up load you page to that and then post the link to it. |

Hi James, To post a web page to the forum you have to provide a link to it. You can provide a link just entering the link like follows (No special coding, just type this one direct.) http://davesdfr.com or you can list a reference to the link by using the following {url=http://davesdfr.com}DavesDFR{/url} Replace the curly brackets with straight brackets. It will display like this, but will link the same as above: DavesDFR You can also link to an image on another site, using this: {img://www.domain.com/image.gif} again replace the curly brackets with straight brackets. Also, take a look at the area at the bottom that you use to post messages to this forum. Above all the cute little emoticons, you will see a link to help. This help page will also give you this information. Dave. |
