Type question
Hi everyone Just when you think you know PS it throws something at you to kick you in your complacency. I've got a paragraph of type which I want to fully justify. The tab to do this is visible in the type tool box, but it's greyed out and won't work. Any ideas how to get around this? Cheers Chris |

Re: Type question
Good morning Chris, It sounds like the text may have been created by just clicking on the document. Highlight and copy the text. Create a new TEXT BOX by clicking and dragging until you get the size of box that you want. Now paste your text into the box and all the justification icons should now work. Re: Type question
To fully justify it needs a width to work within. Doing what Gordon suggested gives it a width. Be sure to remove any forced carriage returns (where you don't specifically need them) as they prevent full justification working. |
