A question about "Display and Cursors"
I have Photoshop 6 ( I've had it since it came out) with no problems but for the past two years or so I've been having a problem with the brush, eraser display. I have the "Painting Cursors" set on "Brush Size" but it never seems to stay on that setting. Sometimes it will stay on that setting for a couple of hours and other times it will only stay on that setting less than a minute.
I always have to go to "edit" > "preferences" > "Display and Cursors" > even though the "Brush size" box is checked I have to check the "Precise" box to get the "Brush size" back on.

It's done this on two different computers.

Any help will be greatly appreciated...this is driving me nuts!

Are you sure you don't have the Caps Lock key down? This changes cursors to the 'precise' mode.

That used to drive me mad until I discovered the caps lock thing!
