					Explosions - page 177
This technique looked great - but more importantly. simple to do. I followed the procedures and all went well until step 3 - Filter, Render, Clouds "which will add a random texture of red and yellow". No it didn't. No matter what I tried, the image remained black and white. Is there something I missed here please? |

Sounds like a simple problem - but if you can post a screenshot of your Photoshop document, with all the relevant panels open, we should be able to see what the problem is. |

Sadly the original job has been deleted - it was only a test shot. I will try again and if it does not work, I will try and load a screenshot of what happens. Many thanks. |

Sorry for the inconvenience - the procedure worked like a charm on a different image. Then tried another image - no problem. Regards Graeme W |

This could have been something as simple as your being in QuickMask, or on a Layer Mask, or on an individual channel. Glad it's sorted itself out. |
