Quick Mask
Hi All

Hopefully one of you experienced photoshoppers can help me out.

QuickMask 1, Step 4 - Pressing X swaps the colours but I can't paint out any mistakes. Any ideas?

QuickMask 2, Step 3 - Pressing alt and left arrow key doesn't fill the selection with the foreground colour. Again, any ideas?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Mick.

Re: Quick Mask
In step 4, have you perhaps got the Brush tool set to Darken or Multiply? And have you checked that the background and foreground colours are actually black and white, and that they are indeed swapping over as they should?

In step 3, it's the Delete (Backspace) key, not the left arrow key... sorry if there's any confusion here.

Re: Quick Mask
Thanks Steve.
The Brush tool was indeed set to Multiply. I've set it to Normal and it now works a treat! Alt+Backspace also.
It's a steep learning curve but a very enjoyable one. Thanks again.
