Re: smoke brush
Jim, Smoke is smoke and not all the same. For example it can be "bang" or just drifts with the influence of heat, wind etc and to get the transparency and light is difficult. I'm not sure if you've tried the Clouds Filter. Create new layer. Then just distort, warp, liquefy as you want. Blend or create a mask from that. Do it a few times with new layers and you can get a 3D depth effect. What would you like to do? There are many brushes out there. You can create your own from e.g. the Clouds filter or just from some images you might like. Sorry not much of a tutorial from here. Some might have better advice. Trevor |

Re: smoke brush
Hi Jim, I must agree with Trevor! I suspect that even in CS5 you won't find a ready made smoke brush. Try this link to a set of ready made smoke brushes http://falln-stock.deviantart.com/art/Smoke-Brushes-Set-2-92731021 I hope this could be of some help ![]() |
