colour removal
Would it be possible to remove the blue tinge (Top left/Center right) by means other than cloning?

Re: colour removal
Hi James,
Itīs possible only in the original photo, if you put it within a fresh fixer solution, you can remove these silver oxidation stains, before scan the photo. To fix in these scanned version, I donīt know any other way, except cloning, unless you can try to apply a second layer, changing the blend mode to multiply, maybe you can minimize a bit the effect.
Hope this can be of some help !

Re: colour removal
Hello Paulo,

Thank you for responding. I followed your suggestion of a second layer and change of mode, regrettably there was no noticeable change. In the absence of other ideas I have resorted to cloning.

Thanks again.

James.

Hi James,
As I told you before, the ideal situation would be to have the original properly treated before scanning,at least, had avoided a lot of work of cloning!
