Quickmask 2: Tips and tricks
I followed the instruction in page11. But after finishing the step 6, I press Q again and press Ctrl+J, but in the new layer, there was only the body. The wings didn't appeared in new later together with the fly body. Please help. Thank you |

Did you follow all the steps up to that point correctly? Perhaps something went wrong in step 5. When you painted the wings in step 5, did you see the colour painted on? |

Dear Steve, Thank you for your reply. Now I found out why the fly wing didn't appear together with the fly body when I finished step 6 in your instruction. It is is because I chose grey level less than 51% black. When I increased grey with black level higher than 51%, the fly wing appeared. Have good Weekend! |

It shouldn't be a sharp cut-off at 50%. Perhaps you had the brush set to an unusual mode? |
