pixel bender
Hi i've been trying to download Pixel Bender today. All I get is a page of gobbledegook. When I looked on the Adobe site there had been a problem trying to download it using Safari, but that was several months ago. Am using a Mac and CS5. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks |

Sounds like your Mac is trying to interpret it as a text file, which is why you're getting the weirdness. Hold the Option key as you click on the link, and it will download the file instead. Incidentally, Pixel Bender isn't supported in CS6, so don't get too fond of it! Steve |

Thanks for the tip Steve. Didn't know you could do that. I did find a link on the Adobe forum and downloaded it from another site with no problems. So it looks like I will going back to CS5 (if I can afford CS6 that is)! to use Pixel Bender, just like I go back to CS3 to use Picture Package, unless someone could tell me another way?! |
