Free Transform Again 100% Photoshop
Please, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
This tyre bump (see 'Laag 4') is to be Free Transformed Again at 5 degrees round the midpoint of the wheel. I have put the bump in the middle of the green construction line. The middlepoint of the Transform-figure is located to the midpoint.
See what happens when I start the Transform Again option. The tyre bump passes off the midpoint and the shape changes.

Thanks in advance for your answer!

Never mind folks... Sometimes I forget an important thing. This time it was 'Select all' in stead of 'Select the tyre bump'.
Don't forget this anymore. Keep learning Photoshop

If you have CS6 you could do this with the new dashed line on a Path feature. I bet there are lots of cool ways to use this feature.

Thanks Trevor, I know about the new Shape engine in CS6, but thanks to your Youtube links I see there's a lot more to tell about it. Of course Steve already opened my eyes in his book to get an effect like this in earlier versions of Photoshop.
