Clipping paths
I have two questions which are on my mind. Firstly, when in Paths and you made a clipping path the Name becomes 'Double vision". What does this mean ? Secondly, someone mentioned to add a Un-sharpen layer to an image, then add another one etc. How can you do this as its in the Filter section ? ![]() |

Re: Clipping paths
The double vision effect is in fact just a text outline. It's to indicate that this is the current selected path. Re the Unsharp Mask thing: we do tend to talk in shortcuts a little. When people say add an Unsharp Mask layer, what they mean is to duplicate the layer, apply Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask, and then lower the opacity of that layer to a greater or lesser degree to allow the original layer to show through beneath. |
