Flame scripted pattern
Have just noticed on the notes re new features in CC2014 - Flame Scripted Pattern. However I can't find anything about it, or where it is. I tried looking under Fill and then clicking on Scripted Pattern, where the Tree is, but nothing. Or is it nothing like that? |

Re: Flame scripted pattern
If you're still seeing trees under Scripted Pattern, then you haven't updated to the latest version (released yesterday). Both Tree and Flame (and, incidentally, a new Picture Frame effect) now appear under Filter > Render. Flame is quite good, not perfect. The Tree filter is greatly improved, however, with real previews. |

Re: Flame scripted pattern
Thanks for that. The installation of the new update got interrupted, so I was stuck on the older version and I couldn't finish the installation or uninstall it. Turned the computer off and on, then installation was possible. One day I may learn a bit about computers, but I doubt it. Thought the flame was quite good, and yes the Tree filter is a lot better. |
