gif animation
I am just now getting into the animation aspect and I am having an issue and maybe I am just missing something. I wanted to do an animation where the back ground continues to rotate. In cs6 I go to frame animation. I put in my image. I create a 2nd frame the duplicate my first layer. Turn of the first layer and rotate my duplicated layer. If I do a complete 360 degrees it looks like it does nothing when I tween it. So I just rotate it some and I get a close effect but it doesn't seem like a continuing rotation. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: gif animation
Why do you have the red segments fading out like that? Can you post the original psd so we can tinker with it?

Re: gif animation
OK got it. To create the animation, you need to make each stage of the rotation as a separate layer. Tweening will produce translation between different states of a single layer - position, opacity, layer styles - but can't interpolate between different layers.

Here's your animation:

And here's the Photoshop file.
