How to clear this fuzzy in photo?
Hi everyone! This my photo, But at the time of my camera lens is dirty, so this middle of the photo was dirty.

I wanna ask everyone: How to clear this fuzzy in photo? I know filter is able to clear something, but I don't know how to use it.

Please tell me the way, Thanks.

Unless anyone can enlighten me, I don't believe there is a filter, which will rectify the damage on the picture. I think the solution here is careful selections and cloning. For example, the floor tiles could be repaired by copying the section to the left and transforming, with a masked area where the person is standing. Same would apply for the lower left portion of the stone by taking the right hand section, copying it and patching the area to the left. The shadow could be cloned from the upper right section, into a slightly feathered selection area. Not an easy one and I would guess time consuming.

Have you tried channels?

Sometimes damage like this does not affect all channels equally. You may have something left in one channel that will help you recreate the image.

There is no short cut really for this sort of things. It always a combination of cloning, curves duplicating layers, blending modes etc etc.

I think this photo is quite easy to repair.
