Having a little trouble retaching this photo, help?
Hey guys, I'm new. Just trying to see how I can get rid of my weird beard and acne when I can't even use the clone tool for my skin, could anyone give me some help? http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n126/Jdeadevil/DSCI0002.jpg As you can see there's way too much crap on my face, I'd just like to know how to retauch and clean up faces without having to copy tones and colours from the image, to make it easier, if possible. Thanks!  |

Hi Jono and welcome, I think if you are looking for a quick one step repair, you're going to be somewhat disappointed. There is a process known as degrunge, that will get you started, but you will still need to do some detail work with cloning, spot healing, healing brush, dodge/burn, color correction, etc. to achieve the best result.
