How can I recreate this technique?
Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to recreate the technique in the picture attached. Starting to really frustrate me because I can't figure it out! Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Re: How can I recreate this technique?
This is just one way of doing it.

1 Draw your part circle shape on its own layer.

2 Set the type colour to white and place an 'N' in the correct position.

3 Duplicate the type layer, change its colour to Blue and add a layer mask to this layer.

4 Cmd or Ctrl click on the 'circle' layer to make a selection.

5 With the Blue "N' layer's mask selected fill with black and that part of the 'N' will disappear.

6 Go and have a cup of tea feeling very pleased with yourself.

Gordon
