Severe under-exposure (black!)
The beauty about a Digital camera is that funny little exposure setting along with the under-exposure warning blinks away when taking photos in poor light, but you know they can be "fixed!" this problem of under-exposure occurs when you zoom right in and want to obviate the dreaded camera-shake by setting a very high shutter speed.
