And a Woodpecker
The apartment we stayed at in Oslo had a Woodpecker living in the tree opposite, but trying to photograph it was almost impossible, even when it came to feed on the balcony. They are just so nervous, the slightest movement will make them fly off, and then they will not return for hours. On my last day there in December, I was lucky enough to get this shot, through a slightly dirty window... ![]() |
