The Back To The Future Delorean
Having recovered from a hectic weekend, I now have some of the Back to the Future Delorean Photos uploaded on the net as promised... I ended up taking about 125 photos during the evening.

It was difficult to get a decent angle of the car, due to other cars around, and of course the attention it was getting from the public, and press.

I spoke to the owners of the car, Nik & Eva Speakman, Celebrity Life Coaches, about the forum, and the Friday Challenges, and they would be very interested to see what the members came up with if one of the photos was used

Here are a few of the photos (No work done on them, just reduced in size)...

(Sorry, still having problems with the forum code for embedding images - I will get it right one day!!!

Just put after each link. Voila.

Is that the actual Delorean from the film or is it a copy?

Re: The Back To The Future Delorean
No - its the REAL thing!!! It is now up here in Sunny Rochdale, used by Nik & Eva Speakman for driving their clients about. It isn't often taken out of their grounds onto the public roads.

The small red item on the car seat you can see in the final image is the video camera used by Michael J Fox in the films too!

All the cabling on the outside are similar to rope lights, so that the FX Crew can get a reference point for the lightning as the car "re-enters" the time zone.

The car also has extra lights and a smoke machine, but that needed a 13amp electrical supply, and for it to be a little darker.

Thanks for the help on getting the images showing Paul (and Steve / David / whoever edited my post with the tags).

I am impressed. We have a Delorean here at the Motor Museum in Coventry, but it's just a regular one.

Seeing your one would be like meeting a film star
