Was it all PS or a little bit of PP too? The mouth is nicely cleaned up. I like what you did with her teeth. Overlaying the two and flipping between them shows that almost everything in the photo has been distorted a little. The result is nice, but does that mean the girl in the original is not nice? I can imagine a girl of her age getting a image complex from something like this
