http://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff462/DanielTokyo/Mountains_High_Res.jpg Inspired by Trevor's Tibet +5800m image posted yesterday (but not exactly the same kind of terrain), this is one of my first "digital nature" compositions using my new toy Vue Infinite. Photoshop was used for post work and Poser was used to render and add the big horn sheep figure.

Great work Daniel! Impressive lighting effect on the snow and the sky. Glad could share some inspiration. There were many yaks there, but smaller sheep too. Trevor (PS only just back, hence slow comment). |

Thanks Trevor. This was probabely my third render with Vue. Not exactly realistic ... I am still learning how to use the program by reading the user's manuals (over 400 pages!)  ... Vue is a really fascinating application ... I just leart how to blend the rock and snow materials so that they can be distributed in a more natural way. I will post a new and more realistic version of this scene soon ...
